We are sticklers for quality in our pub! And where else can you try the best beer if not right at its source? Our bartenders are real masters at serving quality beer. And most importantly, you can also taste the unique unfiltered Pilsner Urquell, which is not commonly available in pubs.

Gambrinus 10 is one of the most popular 10-degree beers on the market. By adding the Sládek hops variety in the last brewing phase, an even stronger hoppy aroma was
achieved. You can enjoy the combination of a fresh but full body with pleasant bitterness. You can try a perfectly poured Gambrinus in our pub.
At the experimental brewery of Plzeňský Prazdroj, beer enthusiasts are given the opportunity to enrich the market with a wide range of distinctive beers. With love and respect for the brewing craft, recipes are carefully developed and each beer is looked after throughout the entire process, from brewing and fermentation to lagering. Our pub offers both year-round and seasonal beer specials, ranging from classic lagers and IPAs to sour beers.

Jakub is the head chef at Na Spilce. He grew up in the Šumava region, where his family runs a guesthouse, which meant he was close to gastronomy from an early age. Although he later spent some time studying archaeology at the University of West Bohemia, he eventually returned to what he enjoys most — creating in the kitchen. His greatest passion lies in pairing food with beer and wine, and he firmly believes in Czech cuisine presented in a modern way.
Head Chef

Daniel is the kitchen shift supervisor and an important part of our team. He has been part of the gastronomy scene in Pilsen and Prague since the age of fifteen. After completing his studies at the University of West Bohemia, he began to devote himself fully to gastronomy. In the kitchen, Daniel has always looked for opportunities to learn from more experienced colleagues and continue developing his skills. He has been part of Na Spilce from the very beginning and today, as a kitchen shift supervisor, he contributes to the day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Patrik comes from the Pilsen region and has had a close connection to gastronomy since childhood. In his family, cooking has always been an essential part of life, prepared with heart and passion. From his mother to his grandparents, everyone inspired him in their own way. What Patrik enjoys most about working in the kitchen is the great team, thanks to which every day is different and full of good spirit. For him, cooking is not only a job, but also a joy he wants to share with guests through every dish.
Kitchen Shift Supervisor

This is David, the operations manager of our pub. What he enjoys most is variety and constant movement. Every day is different and there is always something happening at Na Spilce. Routine does not stand a chance here. David’s greatest reward is a satisfied guest. He always looks for solutions, does his best to accommodate every request, and makes sure that everyone leaves with a great experience.

This is Petr. Beer truly runs in his veins. His great-grandfather was a head brewer at Pilsner Urquell. Today, Petr continues this tradition in his own way, making sure with a smile that our guests have everything they need. He values excellent service, professionalism, and a positive team spirit.
Shift Supervisor

Michal comes from the picturesque Slovak village of Sebechleby, where people have a natural love for wine, good food, and genuine hospitality. Today, however, he prefers a perfectly poured šnyt, exactly the way it should be. At Na Spilce, Michal makes sure that every guest leaves not only with great beer and food, but also in a good mood. His smile and willingness to help are contagious, and when he is not leading a shift, he is most likely planning his next journey in search of new flavours and experiences.
